Add Category to Profile

Is there any possible way to add a category to the profile creation? I've been looking for a while but can't seem to find anywhere. Screencap below .

AP > User & Groups > Users > Profiles
Modify the fields you want or create new ones. There an option that say necessary filled. If you check the yes box, it will appear on the registration page.
