You can just disable it by doing this steps ACP(Admin Control Panel) > Modules > Toolbar > Configuration > Options > Activate the toolbar : No

I don't know if the member wants to remove the toolbar entirely.

We are experienced, but that does not mean we know what everyones' issues are or what they mean by them, we do our best we can to help with the knowledge and experience we have, but we are human and can mis understand things. He might have though you meant the copyrights on the toolbar or just the social media icons, which can be removed with code. Very Happy
