Forgot founder password

I know the password of the UTILITIES, but I change the password of the main account last night and now when I try to log-in I can't... seems like I forget it and my e-mail is not available since long time ago. Is there any way I can get my password?

EDIT : Bassicaly I know the mail and the password for my uttilites account but I don't know the pass and mail for my founder account in the forum.

I'm sorry, but if you haven't both email and pass, you can't do anything here.

You can only wait for @Buttercup and figure out something with hee
