You need to state if the issue is occurring on mobile devices or on PC's.

I am confused on what you want.

If you want the titles centered then they will be centered. Since not every title is the same length the first letter won't necessarily be aligned with another title.

If you want to align the first letter then the titles will no longer be centered.

You need to choose, the appearance is different for every person. Someone might like the first letters aligned and someone might like centered text better, you choose.
