Did you change the width of your forum?

What is causing the scrollbar is your banner/logo. It is wider than the forums.

This is the CSS code of my header, I can't figure out why it make the website has scrollbar?

Code:
/* -- START page header -- */
#page-header { position:absolute;
  top:0;
  left:0;
  right:0;
height:160px;}

#page-header .headerbar {
  height:160px;
  background:url('http://i68.servimg.com/u/f68/19/41/69/70/1px10.jpg')repeat 0 0 #0099cc!important;
  margin:0;
  padding:0px 0px;
  min-height:60px;
}

#logo { padding:0 0px;
bottom:0px;}

#logo img {top:-20px;
margin-top:-20px;
margin-bottom:60px;} /* banner limit to prevent errors */

#site-title, #site-title h1 { padding-top:0; display:none;
margin-left:180px;
margin-top:20px;}

#logo-desc { padding-top:15px;}

I'm not using the logo image yet.

and this is the html code I'm using for the 2nd banner below the Nabar
Code:
<table style="undefined; table-layout: fixed; width:100%; background-color:#ffffff; height:300px;">
                             <colgroup><col style="width:25%" /><col style="width: 70%" /></colgroup>
   <tbody>

      <tr>

         <td style="padding:15px; border:1px dashed #0099cc; font-size:18px; color:#0099cc; line-height:115%;">
                                ssssnaaaaa </strong><br /> aaaaa bbbb ccc ddd eeeee.  <br /><br />...
         </td>

         <td style="padding-left:150px;border:1px dashed #0099cc;">
                                              <style type="text/css">
#rotator1455415811175 {height:250px; padding:3px}
#rotator1455415811175 a{position:absolute;background:transparent;border:0px solid #0099CC;padding:0px;}
#rotator1455415811175 img { height:245px;width:600px; margin-top:5px;}</style>
            <div id="rotator1455415811175">
                                                 <a id="itemActif1455415811175" style="z-index:999" href="opfg" title="One Piece Film Gold" target="_blank"><img src="http://i.imgbox.com/DrDcD2yu.jpg" alt="One Piece Film Gold" /></a><a href="nc" title="Newest Chapter" target="_blank"><img src="http://i.imgbox.com/0z19xUVV.jpg" alt="Newest Chapter" /></a>
            </div>
                                                <script type="text/javascript">(function(){var r = document.getElementById("rotator1455415811175"), l = r.getElementsByTagName("A"), rotate = window.setInterval(function() {var a = document.getElementById("itemActif1455415811175"), n = jQuery(a).next()[0] || l[0]; if (!a) return window.clearInterval(rotate); n.style.opacity = 1;n.style.zIndex = 998;jQuery(a).animate({"opacity":0},800,"linear",function() {a.id = "";a.style.zIndex = "";n.id = "itemActif1455415811175";n.style.zIndex = 999})},8000)})();</script>
         </td>

      </tr>

   </tbody>
</table>

I almost just use % for width.

Hello,
Go to ACP(Admin Control Panel) > Display > Pictures and Colors > Colors > CSS > CSS

and add the following code at your css:

Code:

.inner {
    width: 1045px;
}

You can modify the width variable as you wish.

The code did make the scrollbar disappear but it effect the forumlist under like this

(above is I set width:99.6%)

I can somehow figure out that the problem isn't in the header but somewhere in the middle part of the page.
can you help me find out?

The code you give me above.
Code:
.inner {
    width: 1045px;
}

I did add it on css sheet but fix it to
Code:
.inner {
    width: 99.6%;
}

It did remove the scroll bar but affects the forum and category list below.
If I set it at 100% the scrollbar appears again

It happen not just at the homepage but in every forum.
I think there should be something about the column and the row of forum/category list.

Hi,
Here are the elements of columns for the css you can modify the width of these columns as you wish.

Elements:
dd.term -> Topic title column
dd.topics -> Number of topics Column
dd.posts -> Number of replies column
dd.lastpost -> Last post column

You can find them in your css stylesheet. If there aren't you must add them.
