Borders around profile

Good Morning,

I'm trying to create an effect like the one shown, with a border around the user name, a border around everything, and a border around the rank and each profile field. Whats I'm trying to do in more detail is have it be a specific color depending on one's group, so if the group color is green, the border is green, if the group color is black, the border is black.

Can anyone help me? I know its a bit involved.

Have you checked on Hitskins to see if the theme is there? You can search themes by language.

I checked, its not a skin, its a combination of CSS and javascript to create borders around profile fields, like rank, name, avatar, posts etc etc. Problem is, I can't figure out how it is done, as it changes color with each group.
