Can I add own ads to my forum?

Can I add own ads to my forum?
Something like a leaderboard/draw bridge/footer banner/etc.
And when they click on this to redirect to a website that I want?
Example:

It Don't matter what ad's you add your forum if they are to make money for your forum then you need to buy credits and use them to remove our Google ad's first.

if your found to be adding Ad's to your forum and Hiding our ad's with out paying to remove them we will ban your forum without warning.

You are not aloud to add your own ad's without paying for our ad's to be removed first

Yes @Niko 100% sure I was told this By The godfather some time back. and when Typlo was Pro admin I was also told by him too.

anyone found to be doing this should be reported as there taking income from FM.
