Look for this in your CSS:
Code:
#site-title, #site-title h1 {
    padding-top: 0;
}

Replace it with this:
Code:
#site-title, #site-title h1 {
    padding-top: 0;
    margin-top: 50px;
}

Ok but I set banner now it is looking very tiny. However I used code
Code:
#logo, #logo img {padding:0px;width: 100% !important;height: 11% !important;}
for full banner. Any solution?

In the code by changing the height to an other percentage will change the display of your banner.

There's a max-height for the banner to prevent overlapping of the forum wrapper. You can remove it with this CSS rule :
Code:
#logo img { max-height:none }

If the header begins overlapping the wrapper use the following CSS rule to prevent that :
Code:
#wrap {
  padding-top:300px !important;
}
Increase the amount of padding on top if necessary. That will move the content in the wrapper down so that it's visible.
