Change of the Design

Post by izel poole on April 10th 2016, 4:20 am

http://hotredclan.forumotion.com/ My forum is phpbb2

Greetings to you guys I come to you guys in need for some help with coding a new design I will like to have on the website I provided above.

I took some screenshots of the current layout I have.

This is what I have now. http://prntscr.com/aqc0n7

Now this is the picture of the design I will like to have. http://prntscr.com/aqc2tp

The F1, F2, F3, and F4 stands for Forum1, 2 and so on.

I will like to also maintain the current width of my forum as well if possible and still have the option of putting an image on the forum to label it. Thanks in advance!

Instead of making the table 2x2 I think you just need to make 2 1x2 tables not connected. @Ange Tuteur has this on his forum so I'll tag him in case he can provide more support.

I believe:

Code:
<table width="100%" border="1" cellspacing="5" cellpadding="5">.
  <tr>
    <td width="31">&nbsp;</td>
    <td width="284">&nbsp;</td>
  </tr>
  <tr>
    <td>&nbsp;</td>
    <td>&nbsp;</td>
  </tr>
</table>
<table width="100%" border="1" cellspacing="5" cellpadding="5">
  <tr>
    <td width="31">&nbsp;</td>
    <td width="279">&nbsp;</td>
  </tr>
  <tr>
    <td>&nbsp;</td>
    <td>&nbsp;</td>
  </tr>
</table>

I made a mistake, try this:
Code:
<table width="48%" border="1" cellspacing="5" cellpadding="5">.
  <tr>
    <td width="31">&nbsp;</td>
    <td width="284">&nbsp;</td>
  </tr>
  <tr>
    <td>&nbsp;</td>
    <td>&nbsp;</td>
  </tr>
</table>
<table width="48%" border="1" cellspacing="5" cellpadding="5">
  <tr>
    <td width="31">&nbsp;</td>
    <td width="279">&nbsp;</td>
  </tr>
  <tr>
    <td>&nbsp;</td>
    <td>&nbsp;</td>
  </tr>
</table>

@izel poole wrote:Bump

Hello,

Please avoid bumping your topic without 24 hours seperation in between, as this is against the rules. We do not mind the double posts if they are adding something to your issue or providing an update on something about your issue. Double posting to bump your topic without waiting the required 24 hours though, is something we can not allow and must point out to you. I am not going to issue any formal reminder this time as it is your very first offense, but please be patient and refrain from doing this in the future.

Please also keep in mind that we staff are all (except for the godfather) volunteers and do our best to help as many users with as many problems as we can in our spare time and we have many users to help as well, so we can not always respond right away. Just please be patient, when Forum medic has a chance to respond to your issue again, he will.
