Forum Icons for my forum

Detail description : I wish to have four (4) forum icons that would describe "Announcements", "Featured Vignettes", "Events", and "Complaints". These forum icons will be placed on my multi-forum which can be found on my forum site. If your ability and patience would allow, can you have it vectorized? Otherwise, I would willingly and happily accept any outputs done. Thanks in advance!

Can you make it circular? 4 icons please: 1 for Announcements, 1 for Featured Vignettes, 1 for Events, and 1 for Complaints. Yes I'm sure about the size. I will be putting them on my multiforum.

Can I leave this to the designers? Hehe. What I mean is that I don't really mind the pictures that the artists would use. What I want is just to have forum icons that would "explicitly" describe the following forums:

"Announcements"
"Featured Vignettes"
"Events"
"Complaints"

Or if you would like ideas from my perspective, (let me describe it through words), I would have the following:
Announcements (A megaphone or something that resembles that one)
Featured Vignettes (A green/blackboard with something posted on it)
Events (Confettis or any materials that would suggest celebration?)
Complaints (Maybe an angry face?)

Thanks! I'll be using this! By the way, if it does not deprive you of your intellectual/artist rights, can I ask for the blank image/ PSD of these icons? I am looking forward to have them because in the near future, I might use them to customize my forum by making some icons.
