not access to topic by group member depend on topic icon.

Problem: I'm looking for someway/code/or anything to help me set a topic with a specify topic icon that would make people in a specify group cannot access to it.



I saw there's a code to change a row color depend on topic icon (when the topic has newpost)
there's a code which can change member name according to their group too.
So I wonder if it could have a code go with those same formula to help my problem above?

The way you said above is to allow which group (plus, group here is only 4: Admin, Mod, Member or Guest - I want it to be more specific) of people can use the topic icon to mark the topic.

What I want is the topic with that icon on wouldn't let a group of people access to it.

You will have to create a forum and set its permissions for that certain group.

I know about that way of create a forum and set permission
But what I aim for here is in the same forum there is some topic that specify group can't access.
And it works base from the topic icon.

so what your asking is this right ?

you want to make a post with the icon say "sup man"
Now when this icon is used in a post only some members will see this post if there set to read it?

Now if that's the case then NO sorry that can not be done the icons are just as there as icons they are not set to a group system.
