They have contacted a moderator and said that they didn't have access to the email address anymore and provided another one. That's why you must keep the foundation mail address a secret and not share it. You'll have to prove you are the original founder now, send me the original email address, a capture of the validation mail you have received when you have first created your forum and everything you can find proving that you are the founder.
