Do you mean categories and forums?


When your topic has been solved, ensure you mark the topic solved.

Do you mean the forum locked image at the bottom of the homepage?  The one beside:  new post and old post?  If yes, it is just a legend to show what the images mean.  They are the ones that appear beside the forums on the homepage.
