What is the meaning of this :


Why it is shown for one transaction and not others transactions ?

The reason why it only appears once is that you only have to fill it out once.

It is a feature to help you track your expenditures on your forum. You can download your invoices directly from your administrative panel.

Even I buy 1000 credits 100 times then it appears at one place ? After fill, I am no longer obliged to fill again ? How I can download your invoices directly from my administrative panel ?

Yes, but you know it is really not compulsory. It is only if you want/need an invoice.

If I buy 1000 new credits, informations of previous invoice filled I have to fill it again for new invoice ?

This invoice is only there if you need a copy of your spending.

And yes you will have to fill in the forum each time you get credits and spend them.
You don't have to do this its just there if you want to use it.

What I want to know why you have to fill it for every invoice and not information of 1st invoice is set for others invoices ?
Second question why VAT is shown only for particular not company ?

Because it depends on the kind of forum you are managing, sometimes you want to put your name, some forum are associations and such so It can change ... But as I said you don't have to fill it, if you don't need it !

Last question : Why VAT is shown only for particular not company ?

VAT can be modified if you choose the "Company" option in the form. It is because companies are not taxed as a particular is, and it can vary depending on the country.
