Is there an edit button to your board? Check in your Admin Panel please and if possible could you show us an image of the image in your Admin Panel and the button shown?

@MaiYan, I think @Luffy is right, you need to go to your admin panel Display >Pictures and Colors > Pics management > Advanced Mode. Choose buttons, you will notice the edit button is empty, click on see examples, choose one save and don't hide otherwise you will not see it.
