Domain Name renewal in process? Last Day?

Hi as the title say's I've tired to renew my domain a few days ago and it says "Domain registration in process" but this is the last day I have the domain for. When I selected renew, it didn't ask me to use credits, it just took me the the renewal in process message. I have credits available in my Admin panel (and paid for ads to be removed too) so I'm just concerned nothing is happening regarding my domain (I've had it for 12 months) It's the following address...

Please advise asap as I need this domain name sorted today (it may well be, but it isn't yet)

Could a mod/admin please take a look and PM me or reply?

Hello don't worry the proses is on the system you will not loose your Domain name as you have already hit the button our system will pick up you paid for your domain name and it can take upto 48hrs to come live.
If you did this over the weekend then it can take time as there is no one in our office at weekends.

I would ask you to hold on until tomorrow and see if this becomes live by then and then if not i will report this to our team.

Thanks for the reply, the thing is it never asked for the credits (like the first time) it just allowed me to click 'Renew' (I think it was) and mentioned something about high activity on the forum and then moved to "renewal in process"

Hope that makes sense? When I first ordered the domain, I clicked on spend credits and it confirmed it was spent and took a day or so, this time seems different.

I'll let you guys sort it or keep an eye on it Yes

Yes i understand.

you had what we call a free domain its gave to some really busy forums that have a good rating on our system.

As this is a free domain name it may be gave again or it may end this year.
This is gave on a one year roll over and this may be a free one again or it maybe that you have to pay for it this time but if its not asked you for any credits this time then im 80% sure we will give this to you again for free.

This is what we call a goodwill gesture for having a really high active forum with us Smile

I don't think you have any thing to worry about as our system will pick up on this and it should be done within 48hrs from the time you activated the domain again on your ACP.
