Javascript not working?

I've just started a test forum prior to making huge changes on the existing gone but the javascript doesn't appear to work.

The LIKE system isn't showing up, the twitter embed isn't working, the post-in-progress has failed.

Enable Javascript code management is ON.

I've copied the existing settings and CSS from the existing site and I've checked everything that I can think of.

Any ideas?

Thanks for taking the time to look.

When I saw your reply I figured so ething must have simply home wrong on my mac so I rebooted. Didn't help.

Checked the forum on the iPad and my android phone. No good there either.

WTF??

I'm baffled as to how you see it but I don't. On any device!!!

PS...Safari on the Apple devices, chrome on the android

The iOS 10 has a lot of problem, all the icons of SCEditor disappear ..
