How to avoid losing a newsletter after an hour of typing

Over the last couple of years . Generally with the longest and deepest newsletters . I have finished . Then clicked the " SEND THE NEWSLETTER " prompt . Only to have the main page of the general tab appear . With no sign anywhere of the contents I have just written . Not if I click the back button . Not in the tracking and archives . Vanished irreplaceable .
What is happening here ? Is my letter timing out ? If so why is there no notification ? Is this a known glitch ? Can it be prevented ?

Well, if there is no activity after an hour, you are out of session. I mean by activity: clicking links, creating forums/categories, creating HTML pages, etc.

The best thing for you to do with long newsletters is to type it somewhere else and copy & paste it.
