Hello,


Do you have captcha enabled?

If so, try temporarily disabling it temporarily so that the user can register more easily to see if that helps.

Okay i see this before now the member needs to fill in all the things with a * on them then click save then it will take the member to a page like this Problem for new member Captur18
They then have to click the Verify Button about 3 or 4 times then Click Save

I changed the forum Unauthorize subscriptions made with the most commonly used spam usernames. : with no success any other ideas. I am also not getting the Verification code under the confirm password line.

Exactly switch it to no and press save, then switch it back to yes and press save.

Hmm ok so now im really stuck on what is going on

give this one last thing a try

ACP >> General Tab >>   Forum >> Configuration >>  Forum on holiday NO >> Save

Then:
ACP >> Users & Groups Tab >>   Users >> Users options >> Allow new members : YES then Save

if that don't work then i will have to make a report about it to our head office as a bug or you could send a PM to me on here With a test account with admin powers so i can look over your forum settings my self if thats something your happy to do then Send me a PM with the username and password of the test account. (If you have one)
