Inactive Owner/Forum

I know there's a post about this somewhere, but for the life of me I can't find it.

If a forum is more or less dead with no active members and the owner hasn't been on around 60 days, can the owner account be recovered by an old member? If that doesn't fit the requirements, could someone link me to the topic that outlines them?

Hi, does a mass PM from the owner's second account stating that he was giving up on the forum because it died help my case in recovering his owner account or are those three cases the only cases, period, that I can gain access?

Hello,

Only those three cases period. If the founder wants to voluntarily give you the founder account, then that is fine. Otherwise you must until the founder is inactive for 6 months and 1 day before I can help you.
