Solved Administration Panel has changed in many ways.

Hi there,
I'm never sure where to post things, so I hope this is ok.

Yesterday I noticed that the Administration Panel had changed in many ways.
The Home Page is only half the size it was and doesn't show the latest members and who is online now.
The General page does not have the Security option among other things.
The Modules and Misc pages are not there anymore.

I'm not sure if this is a coincidence or not, but a member registered using the name
<<SCRIPT>alert(" about the time that the changes happened.
I went into the Admin Panel to check them out and that's when I found all of the changes.

I am the founder.

There are no changes anywhere else that I've noticed, only in the Admin Panel.
This is scary, please help.

This has solved the problem and all looks normal again.
It's odd that it went to Simple mode by itself .....?
I will tick the solved icon.
