Employment Center

Post by zellected on April 25th 2017, 6:22 pm

Hey,

so I don't know if this is suggested already since I've looked around but found nothing (or I'm quite blind bwi )

I would like to see if this forum, the support forum of forumotion to have a board where members can recruit staffs/ask for extra hands that want to help in establishing a site. Sometimes, you have ideas for a forum but need extra help in establishing it. It will be good if there's a board for such recruitment. OR if you have an already established site but need help to maintain it. etc

Thank you ~

Hello,

if you have made a thread here

Forum Promotion (Forumotion Forums Only)

once your have made a thread there you can ask for members to become staff on your forum and help with things on your site.

Now there is a problem that comes with this sort of thing and that is you can never trust members you don't know and it's not safe to just ask anyone to help you in your site.

You need to get to know them for a long time before you make that move in making some one staff or letting some one have a admin account on your forum.

as a support forum will not offer this kind of help as we are just here to give support on your forum system and help with small things.

some members will be willing to help you and you need to get to know them first.

so my vote is NO sorry

Like APE mentioned, I think most people are already mentioning something about any open positions in their thread where they are advertising their forum anyway. Besides, I can see the points that APE brought up so I'm sorry.

I'm sorry, but i voted No!
As @APE said, if you want to recruit staff members, just create a thread to promote your forum and add an announce that are hiring a new team to help you in the moderation.

Have a nice day.
