In progress old abandon fourm account trying to log into

I am a Admin on a fourm that no one has been loged onto since 2011 or 2012. Is their anyway I can reset my password to my account even though it says password reset is disabled and I don't remember my username either.

Are you the founder or the Admin of the forum ?
