Hi there,

CSS is located in your Admin Panel --> Display --> Colors --> CSS Stylesheet.

The selector for usernames is.
Code:
a[href="/uID"] strong {
  CSS CODE
}

The 'ID' is the username's number from the order they joined your site. You can see that number via their profile by clicking on their usernames. The number is at the end of their link. Like for example http://help.forumotion.com/u103250. My ID is '103250'

Please use the code tags when posting code. Thanks.
Code:
[code][/code]

You add the hex like this.
Code:
a[href="/u01"] strong {
  color: #FFFFFF;
}

You should be familiar with CSS, if you want to manipulate forum design. Please read some articles on CSS on W3Schools, so you get a basic knowledge of it, if you haven't already.

The way to make colored usernames, is, as @Draxion mentioned, by going to AP -> Design tab -> Pictures and Colors -> Colors -> CSS Stylesheet -> Scroll to the bottom of the file and add the following code:

Code:
a[href="/u01"] strong {
  color: #FFFFFF;
}

color: # will determine the color of the text. If you want to use glowing style, you should apply text-shadow:

Code:
a[href="/u01"] strong {
  text-shadow: 2px 2px #FFFFFF;
}

This is going to position the glow 2 pixels to the right and bottom from the center, with the said color.

Try and give a feedback if you have troubles with it.

Remove the "0". It is "/u1".

Thanks for the help and explanation, @BloodDrunk. I was using my phone the whole time assisting. haha

@kneelfrox, replace both those codes into this single one.
Code:
a[href="/u1"] strong {
  text-shadow: 2px 2px #FFFFFF;
  color: #FFFFFF;
}

Hello,

Try
Code:
2px 2px 8px #FFFFFF

That will make the shadow expand around the letters and that way it will display as glow.
