Cannot Access 1st Forum That I Created

Hello...I'm new to Forumotion. A lot of the groups that were on another site are migrating over to your site, and mine is one of them. I created a forum on here a few days back, and now I cannot access it. I tried with my original screen name, and password, but it didn't work, so I tried to create a new forum and it will not allow me to use my group's name, original screen name, or password, so I had to create a new screen name & password, just to get into the Support forum. How can I resolve this issue. The name of my group is "Unforgettable Designs". Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
