Member Cannot load images from our group.

Hello,

I have a member who says she can't load our images to her computer. The images won't open.

Here is what she gets when she post the images to her computer.




Is This a Forumotion problem or a browser problem?

What exactly does the member see when on the forum?

She see a image. When she click on it, a circle starts that looks like it's trying to open but keeps circling around and around. Then it stops and on her pc, the image looks like firefox symbol.

What do you mean click on it?

@SLGray, it's pretty obvious what clicking on it means.
@AliciaS, the problem is most likely that your member has no idea how to download and open a picture. Ask her(or him, but tootsie sounds more like a her) to right-click on the picture and click on Save image as, then double click on the downloaded file. If this is not working, the she has to right click on the downloaded file, the click Open As and look for a software that opens pictures then click on it.

If that is the case then this is not an issue with Forumotion.

Ok, thank you. I'm copying this solution and pasting it in the email for Tootsie (female). She's a elderly member, it takes a couple of days for her to reply. I will let you know as soon as she replies back to my email.

Hello, I finally heard back from the member who has problems loading her images from our group. She said if she doesn't log into the group, she can load her images. Once she log-in, she can't. Someone else told me that this weekend also.

I don't know what that means but she is having problems.

Yes, they can post on my forum. Post images but two members can't pick up images. We are a PSP (make tags for members) and this member can't pick up her tags if she log in. They won't open
