Hmm i need a help to make a graphic animated/ flash picture like chatbox in the picture with Red Line

The word i wanna display in the Box is :

i want the text switch to another text with a delay maybe 3second.

Background colour for the box : maybe white... make it like a cloud?
the Text Colour : maybe black..

can u help to make it smaller and change the direction of 2 llittle cloud to the right, and about the colour line of the cloud is it nice to be light blue or keep it red colour?
