Points system wont let you have 0

So ive been trying to make a new forum for a " Journal " type thing, and i wanted it to where it will give you exactly 1 point for opening up a new topic.. but 0 points if you were to reply to a topic... however the points system is not letting me input +0 points, when i click save it simpily changes it back to +1

Hello yes skouliki is right about 2 or 3 months a go this system was updated a little and to fix some bugs we had on the system we had to make a save button on each item so now you have to click the computer disk icon that will save each one at a time.

When I click on the save option, it refreshes, and puts it back on +1

Never mind, the issue seemed to have fixed itself.
