Re: Member Can't Sign In
I think I ran into this problem myself a long time ago. It's possible the member never fully registered.
On your memberlist there should be a list of all the members and when they last visited. If they never fully registered, it will state never. At least I think so, I could be wrong. So don't quote me on that. Or you can check your admin panel and go to the user and groups section and check under the inactive users spot.

Check here to see if the account is activated: AP > Users & Groups > Users > Inactive List

Hello,
Could the user maybe have forgotten their password? That is what that message usually means.

Re: Member Can't Sign In
It sounds like her password is wrong my advice is to change the password for her and then Email her with the new password.
To change her password you will need to do the following.
use the Email tool on her account on the same page to send her a Email from your ACP to say the password was changed and then give her the password in that email.
Get the member to log in using that password and then they can change it by using there own profile page
To change her password you will need to do the following.
ACP >> Users & Groups tab >> Users >> Search users type her name in the box and click ok.
Her name will show in the list click the yellow cog that looks like this >> then you will see her profile tools in your ACP in the password box type in a random 6 letter password then move down and do the same again under that then save
