What do you mean pop up? Do you mean an ad is giving you a pop up? If so, please make a report about this in this topic: https://help.forumotion.com/t145609p300-only-topic-ads-redirection-mobile-pc . Please provide as much of the info in the first post as possible.

It sounds like a pop up ad. If it is, it could be that your forum is not very active.
