Description of problem

In Gategories and Forums I'm going to change this section( Write topics or messages ) so members can start new topics , and it said Forum modified successfully but when I go again to modified this section is empty and it don't tell members just is empty how I can fix that ?

If you wanna change the permission of a forum / category so the members will be able to post follow this steps.

Go: ACP(Admin Control Panel) > General > Forum > Categories and forums > on the forum you wanna edit > Advanced mode

If you wanna give members permissions to open new topics and reply them, set the tabs like this:

Can you provide us a screenshot of the permissions section of the acp? The same one show in mpellmc's screenshot.
