Trying to embead your forum onto my site

Description of problem

Hello Fourmotion, I am looking for assistance on setting up my forum and getting it ready to be embedded on my webpage.

this is the path that I have followed. I will also state where I may have messed up and required guidance.

Admin Panel --> Modules --> HTML pages management --> Create new HTML page --> Title it --> Use this page as homepage?: Yes --> Post HTML code into space provided --> Save!

I have made it through this and the HTML page has been created and listed in the list of HTML Page section.

What is the next step before I can embed the forum to my site?

I have found this Script.

<body> THE CONTENTS OF YOUR PAGE

</html>

I know this is for new HTML Page but is there some sort of script that allows me to embed this form in the same manner?
