Solved Question about SOLVED

Post by TamDonCo January 11th 2018, 8:49 pm

Hi All

I never use this before. When the topic is solved, is it automatically DELETE topic or just mark it solved ?

Do you mean on the support forum?  If yes, the mods move the solved topics to the archives.

Thanks , good to know

I may use this feature for another purpose

My members want to delete his/her own topic but forummotion.com does not allow that. I think to use solve button to mark "delete" instead of "solved" , so I know and I can delete it for them

Solved Re: Question about SOLVED

you can see it so if a member makes a post and there is no reply it will go to the trash can or if i remember right if you dont make a trash can then it will be deleted and never found again.

my advice is to have all older posts sent to a trash can where if the member wants the post again they can ask by pm to have it added back like they do here.
