Solved Quick Reply for Guests is missing smiley button

Hi All

I saw this code from Ange Tuteur to have Quick Reply for Guests, it 's working fine but it is missing smiley button, can we add it on ?

Exactly it is missing the whole toolbar at the top.

I just test it, the toolbar disappears when I turn on ADBlock Plus on Chrome, Firefox, Opera but if I turn off ADBlock Plus, it's working fine except IE 11, the WHOLE Quick Reply disapper ..

Anyway, found the problem, just missing the word "emoticon" in the code
