In progress Founder Rights Transfer

I am an Admin on a forum and our Founder is no longer with us, having left our forum for almost four years. She had changed her email address to a non-existent before leaving, so I have no means of contacting her.

I'm asking if it possibly for the Founder rights to be transferred to me, so I'm able to do things like changing the domain name of my forum.
