Admin password "no staff acces"

I have forgot my admin password for forum :http://zensehome.danskforum.net/ and then iám told to send mail to staff with info but when i want to send info i got this message ?
"You haven't reached the post limit for sending private messages" i am supposed to spam forum to send staff messages ...

Case 4: You have lost either forum password or utilities password and you have activated the security option which prohibits sending a new password:

Send a private message to one of the Forumotion staff members indicated at the end of this guide with the following filled out:

Hello,

You need one post in order to be able to send PMs in this forum. Therefore after this post you have done you can now send PMs to the staff, so go ahead and try now Wink

I would remind you that you should only PM ONE staff member of staff I also got your PM and you have been dealt with by SLGray I have sent you a PM back.

I will leave this upto @SLGray to deal with
