Unable to Log In as ADMIN to my Site

Hi,

Can any one help me how to log into my site as the Admin. I tried lost password but with no luck.
Need to log back in and redesign my site but having trouble proceeding to the Admin Panel. My site below.

HOwever, the below image is different to the first step on the instruction. Please see below...

And when i click save. This came up, can't even go there Sad

So it seems you have activated the security option which prohibits sending a new password.

On the Reset Tutorial that I gave you, did you try the other case like the case 2 ?

So i have tried Option 2: then this showed up. I'm just unable to proceed because I don't remember the password.

Would it be possible for this site to be deleted and I can just create a new one? It's just too much time to go through retrieving with steps that doesn't allow me to progress in obtaining/creating a new set of password.

Hope this is possible for me to recreate a new website by using the same email?

That linked tutorial is for you to send the required information to one of the listed staff members in a PM.

if you send me by PM only your Email address and your forum link I will send you a new password right away by Email

Please Do not take screen shot's of your tools and warnings if they have your Email address on them
this is not safe to do so in public if you do need to take a screen shot of the page try and hide the address first before posting.
