Nature of the creation :I need this banner for my title pic.

Creation size (in pixels) : I'm not sure but in the first link I give you it should have it already in the size I want it in.

With or without animation :It would be cool if in the background there could be like burning blue flames, but I don't NEED this.

Background color : Specified Later

Text to insert :Naruto NNW RPG Game. I want the Text to be Naruto text except I want it to be blue instead of red.

Extra comments :I've seen how good you guys are at creating Title pics so I thought that ot would be cool if I got one of your really nice pics that you create.

Specified Details:I want you to take all of the red parts of the pic in link1 and turn them to a light-dark blueish color. I would like if, to the right of the pic in the middle, you could insert the pic from link2, but take the red from that and turn it the same blueish color from before, and remove the background...THNX!!!!

Is it good? Some things you requested were too hard to add. Try asking someone to make the changes and make the bottom trabnsparent- The White Part.

In there is 100000 pixels or more- that means we have to take paint bucket icon on piant for example, and press each one to m,ake blue- might take years. *cough* centuries. *cough*

using photoshop or any other program apart from paint will do it in 2,355464 seconds

but i have adobe photoshop elements 6- it doesnt do that.

Maxime, he said that there has to be sasuke in it and the background of both pics have to be certain colors- otherwise, good pic!

You are right, I forgot to make it blue, but I knew that he wanted to have the second picture on his banner. I did not use it because of its bad quality. I did another banner, blue. Is it OK ?

He'll probably like that one- How did you make it blue? All I know is how to make each little pixel blue.

I was going to make it blue like that Maxime but i thought sa007AK wanted the background in blue only..
Alamp08...you can do that on this free online site if you don't have photoshop etc..
