Ability to post images ON THE SITE SERVER and PDF files

Right now, all we can do is post links to hosting sites, which, for an auto forum, is a pain. Is there a way to develop an updated option for posting images (Admin will be able to set the size and type up to a maximum of XXX KB) and PDF files? This is a service we'd be willing to pay for, since it would obviously consume server space.

The inability to post images, PDF and DOC files is pretty much a deal breaker for my forum. Add to that the lack of a Threaded View, and I think it's time to look at other software.

Just my thoughts.

Problem solved, for me. There's some things in this world just not worth the trouble. I installed phpBB 3 on another host to enable this capability. The only regret I have is that I didn't do it sooner.
