Button size help

Wonderful buttons were created for me today. Below is one of the buttons that was created. Though my members are having trouble with the size. They are having to scroll left to right to read parts of the forum.

My question is, can we resize these same buttons?

I just realized you placed them in a zip file. I don't know how to transfer them that way, I am sorry. Can I have the individual codes...
