Hi is there a way that some one could make me 2 bars to put on the top of my forums nav links like this [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] but i need them to say ARCADE
and the other one to say REGISTER and could the word REGISTER blink about every 2sec's

if there is a chance of this plz
