New Nav Buttons Request

Since I am having problems with my current Nav buttons I would like to request a full set of new ones..

I need them this size and would like them to be round as well. White lettering please, with a black back ground...

Example of what I am looking for, or as close as you can get it...

Yes, I do like the second one better...

Can I make a couple of suggestions...

1. Can you make the PM's flash instead of putting a red button there?

2. Can we change the background to take out the white dots? They are dizzing...

2. You need a new set of buttons if you want to move white dots in the middle i'll try making some tomorrow...
