Deciding which groups should be able to read reports!

Hello.

I made 2 usergroups - Moderators & Supermoderators.

What i really wanted, was to be able to decide which usergroups should be able to read reports, so i can make it possible for both my moderators and my supermoderators.

That would make it much easier to handle the forums.
