Re: Is your forum decorated for events?
I voted No as I have no idea how, a dear family member did the graphics on my Forum when we set it up.
Any help how to change the skin and where to find a Christmas theme would be helpful Anyone?
Elaine.

Re: Is your forum decorated for events?
What I do for my forum is edit the banner to fit the holiday/event (for example, if it's Halloween, I would add a ghost or pumpkin to the banner), add a holiday thread for everyone to say 'Happy Thanksgiving' or whatever, and then change something small in the theme.

Re: Is your forum decorated for events?
Sometimes I do... but since I usually can't bother myself that much, I don't change it that often - I'm keeping it simple..

Re: Is your forum decorated for events?

We change our forum quite a few times during the year.
It looks lovely and Christmassy at the moment, with light snow falling..

My forum is always decorated for different events. I even get the members involved with creating banners for the forum.

Re: Is your forum decorated for events?
I change my banner every Monday, since we don't have rotating banner option. During the Holiday Season, I have themed banners.
Re: Is your forum decorated for events?
No, actually. BTW, glad to see you've got a 2-year-old forumotion poll still running strong. I hope this doesn't count as spamming, but I have a fairly new forum (which I restarted, so it's nearly empty), and was hoping new members could join. We've got games, general discussion, videos, etc. The URL is: http://valhallachat.forumotion.com/ (BEWARE OF PHISHING! COPY-AND-PASTE!). Please enjoy!

Re: Is your forum decorated for events?
Define "Events".
By that do you mean the ones that only America celebrates (EI Veterans day, Flag day, 4th of July, ETC) or perhaps generally all over the world holidays? (Christmas, New Years, Halloween, ETC)?
Either way, my forums are decorated for gernal holidays. Its hard to impose the decoration of a US only holiday when we only have maybe 5-6 people from the US and maybe 17 of them who are from different places and never heard of these holidays.
