It will be good:
Admin panel ---> users and groups ---> profiles
If you make something to make your posts higher like if you have 40 posts and you want 1000 then you can write 1000 in and you will have 1000 posts.I think that you understand me,so what do you think? Very good

I don't see the point or value in just going in and changing someone's post count from a meaningful number to an arbitrary one.

There isn't much a purpose, to this suggestion, as the ability for members to change their post number will make posting seem not necessary, as you can make it 26,000 if you wanted. Therefore, I voted no.
