Should Members be able to close their own threads?
Allow Members to Close Their Own Threads
I would like to suggest that members should be able to close their own threads. This feature could be similar to how we give permission for members to delete and edit their own replies and threads. Please let me know what you think.

I say no because its has to be a mods power to do that members just post may get rewards now and again but i don't think that would be right Sorry.

Voted no. I dont want members to be able to lock their own topics. I want only moderators and me being able to do that. Its unnecessary, really.

Suggested before and forgotten about.
I vote yes, as long as the option can be toggled on/off via the Admin Panel as already said, and once the member locks the thread, it cannot be unlocked by the member again. This is to prevent abuse of the feature.

Re: Allow Members to Close Their Own Threads
no, i think it takes away the need for mods, if a member wants a topic closing then they can pm a mod or admin and its in their hands then

Re: Allow Members to Close Their Own Threads
Half of my mind is thinging yes but half of my mind is thinking no.
So i'll go with 'yes'.But I still think a mod should be the only one to close a thread.
