good idea?
Activity log
First topic message reminder :
Id like to suggest the Activity log.
What it is something that keeps a record of what user is online, when and how long they were on the forum for.
it would be like a little add on to the current "view ur posts" .
Is this clear enough? I hope so.

We do not need to bother at checking statistics about how long they were on for. It's a pointless waste of time and programming it would be useless and the technicians have things they'd rather do then program a feature of such measely functions.
Thanks for posting your negative point, you are one of 3 people that voted no; and only the 2nd one to say why.
Thank you.
We need 1 more vote to get to 50 votes , someone please vote yes
Thank you for understanding my point.

Re: Activity log
Voted yes !
I am the only admin/mod of my forum and can't be there to see everything that is going on on it; can't wait for the feature to be available.
Great idea

That is okay when you are on your forum. But the activity log would allow you to see what going on even when you are not there, not logged on.
Anyway, would be useful to me, so I've voted yes.

Re: Activity log
Thanks for your votes Fusion & paradisa
No where near right! (though what ur saying is already possible)
its something similar to the admin / mod log, but improved, and for the members.

Members' of staff only use bold & colour when moderating
Thanks for your vote, but there was no need to double post, even though its against the rules

Re: Activity log
I'm torn on this one. I would like it in the sense that I'd be able to see which forums are most popular, and which ones need improving. It would also be handy to see when most people log on (what time of day etc)
But I can't see the benefit of a huge log to tell you when/where they posted... I don't know. I'm torn, but I voted yes.
xx

Re: Activity log
Voted Yes. I think it's a great Idea to have a log for the activity. I'm the only Admin on my site, so this would be a big help.
