I've started a writing contest to kick off the opening of Ink Quill, to bring in some interested writers, and to fuel the start up of the critique boards.

-Make sure post material remain non-offensive and acceptable.
-Make sure people don't post above the limit for any one story; reason for that is to protect their work.
-Make sure the critiques of other people's work remains non abusive and un-spammed.
-Prevent Fanfics.
-Prevent work thievery.

Um, I don't know how to say this any more politely, but for an English writing site, your description above made me laugh. Unless you plan on having an in-house Soprano, I doubt there will be an "aria" for each element of writing. An "area," perhaps, but an "aria?" Mmmm, no.
