Next Rank Bars Empty Next Rank Bars

I think that their should be some type of optional bar (like the warning bar) except it counts down to the user's next rank. It would be cool if it showed this bar in the user's post....Like, a new member on my site would have this bar and it would show 60, since the first rank besides newbie on my site is 60 posts.

Well, that is a good question. I guess it could just run continuosly, or not be shown for that member.
