The theme is not SVG ...
Its one of clintons themes... yeah... he made themes only on 1024 x 786 resolution screens...
if you change your resolution to 1024 then it'll be ok.... the theme is just badly done... most of clintons themes are that way.
You will have to find a newer better theme with SVG (which means that they work on all screen resolutions)

Re: Problem with skin and forum alignment
If you can access the CSS for the template, you can change the forum to Fluid - or by percentage - instead of having a fixed forum width. That way the forum should automatically adjust to the size of the viewers screen. IOW, instead of showing a forum size of say 1024px in width, change it to something like 95%.

Re: Problem with skin and forum alignment
It is amazing how much incomplete and inaccurate "information" given on this help forum. If you don't know don't resort to making derisive remarks about the artist. I have not found his templates to be more problematic than any other.
I use the same template and an alignment problem was easily rectified by accessing the css template and adding this statement to the background command:
background-position: top-center;
This is a common problem when a template has vertical bars and it is positioned by location statements that originate on the edge, like background-position 0% 0%. This location changes with resolution , moving the bars as it changes and top and center are always thus - regardless of screen resolution.
(I am not completely sure you what you mean by "skin alignment". Adding a forum widget uncovered an alignment problem I wrote a question about (It has not been responded to yet). If you are talking about the vertical bars the background graphic can be edited.)
I am a TOTAL, COMPLETE BEGINNER! I have answered far more questions on this board than I have received answers for - almost none of my questions - none of a high difficulty have been answered here - most not receiving a single response. I don't understand it - how can I have any confidence as my site expands to keep it on this forum if I can expect little or no assistance?
Hope this information is of assistance to these members (let me know) - it fixed my problem. Additional alignment problems have arisen with the addition of the forum widgets - but I'll find a work around. (I'll check my post in case I'm lucky)
GL
p.s. I am not criticizing the members many of whom pitch in to help. I for one appreciate any help I receive. It seems outrageous to me for questions to appear here without an answer for days, sometimes weeks - don't get an answer from one of the staff "professionals" and that someone with my level of knowledge has the answer - astounding.[i]
